We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations (DSGVO/GDPR) and this data protection declaration.

Our website can usually be used without providing any personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses > e-mail) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

Data security

To protect our website and our visitors, we use the data protection tool „Wordfence“ as a WordPress extension. Wordfence is GDPR compliant. More about this here. We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

SSL encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from „http://“ to „https://“ and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

The websites of Martens & Partner do not use cookies from third parties, or use them as little as possible. For example, instead of Google Analytics, we use the data protection-compliant statistics tool „Statify“, which enables anonymous data collection.

Social media

We have not activated any social media extensions and have not created any links to social media sites. Therefore, no user data is collected via cookies here either.

Google fonts

In order to increase the attractiveness of our pages and to match our company design, we use Google Fonts (Wikipedia). These are fonts that Google offers for free use on websites. The fonts are loaded from Google servers. Google does not set any cookies. The IP address is transmitted; according to Google, a user analysis that goes beyond statistical evaluations and linking to other user data should not take place.

Google Maps

“Google Maps” functionality is installed as a service on this website. The plugin also enables route planning from your location to the location of Martens & Partner Personalberatung. Google services abroad are integrated for this purpose. Personal data is transmitted to Google here. More information on how it works on Wikipedia. If you object to the use of cookies via the so-called „opt-out“ procedure in your browser, the functionality of Google Maps may be impaired or impossible.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

These data are not assignable to any persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to subsequently check this data if we become aware of specific indications of illegal use.

Contact form

If you send us inquiries via the e-mail links, your transmitted information, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. The data will be deleted after the process has been completed, usually after six months at the latest.

Right to information, deletion, blocking

You have the right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing as well as a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data at any time. Objection to promotional mails
